Battlefield 5 has been mistakenly banned, what should I do?
After completing the game on the 21st, I was banned on the 23rd. How can I resolve this issue? I am unable to send an email because it keeps loading.

If you've received a game ban from EA then you'll need to contact their Terms of Service team to appeal. The guide below should explain the process and how to contact them.

This is the only way of appealing a ban, as only the ToS team have the ability to potentially overturn them.
The application has been completed, but it keeps showing 'waiting for the player.' What is the reason for this?
