Hacker DDoSd Me or Game Crash?

Playing Breakthrough – I went prone to adjust a key bind setting.  Meanwhile, a teammate dropped prone across from me, almost as if to say:  "Seriously? We’re defending and you’re lying there like a lazy sack of…"

I finished tweaking the setting, hit Esc, and resumed play.  Immediately afterward, my game crashed.

Now I’m wondering — was that just an unlucky, random crash after I changed a key bind, or did my teammate somehow DDoS/crash me?

OS and Game installed on NVMe
System ran fine for several games beforehand
