First of all, my account was notified of being banned without reason last year. I tried to appeal recently, and in the historical records, I revoked the previous ban. However, when I enter the game, I am still notified that my account is banned. I have not done anything that violates the game rules, nor have I used any cheats.

If you are banned, then you will need to talk to the ToS team, nobody else can assist you with the issue.
