Battlefield 5 High CPU usage?

So i am trying to play battlefield 5 once again, and it seems my CPU usage is 100% most times but when i use CPUID HWMMonitor i see that CPU 0 is used like 80 to 95% and the rest of the cores 2 to 8 are hanging around with 2 to 5% or something. 

My system specs:

I7-9700k At 4.8 GHZ

32 GB at 3000hz

RTX 2080 TI Windforce OC
