Battlefield 5 Missing Company Coins

Battlefield 5: Ranked up 4 Levels without getting a single Company Coin, support told me they cant help and i need to post it here.

I hope im getting my Company Coins, without them i cant use specifications on my Weapons and Vehicles.

    Hi @Elias31002 Did you buy the Definitive Edition? If you did then this is a known problem, and I'm sorry to say that you won't get CC for ranking up until after rank 21 (I don't believe the coins you've missed are awarded retroactively unfortunately).

    While it's not ideal, you can earn so CC in the meantime by completing the daily challenges, weekly challenge nodes, and by completing each Combined Arms difficultly level once.
