Battlefield 5 not launching

So I got Battlefield 5 gifted by a friend on steam and ever since then I cannot launch the game at all. The maximum I have been is seeing the splash screen of the girl character and Battle Field 5 written and then it just stops. I already verified my game files on steam and already redownloaded the game. I also already talked to a EA specialist and nothing worked. The case number is #194091939

  • I fixed the issue.

    Steps:

You got to go to D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Battlefield V

Scroll down until you see bfv.exe, right click on it and click on properties, click on compatibility, and then click on run this program in compatibility mode for: Windows 8, and then click on Run this Program on Administrator and just apply and press Ok and it launched perfectly.

  • I can't start my Battlefield V, there's no response every time I open the game. After a while, it shows' start game 'again on Steam, and it never starts successfully
The conventional solutions have already been used and are still ineffective
Why should I spend money to buy a game that doesn't start?

For me it didn't help at all. I literally tried everything and still can't launch it up.

  • After the last update of bf 5 the game stopped launching, as soon as it reaches the menu with loading anti-cheat, it freezes for a minute, and then the game just closes without any errors, this has been going on for 2 months. Other games do not launch in about the same way. I reinstalled ea app and anti-cheat, ran as administrator and with compatibility mode. Edited the registry "Turn off Automatic Root Certificates Update" and the like. Disabled unnecessary USB devices, disabled overlays. Checked the integrity of game files. Cleared the cache. Disabled all applications except steam and ea app. The only problems are with the ea launcher, not a single game starts. Before that, everything worked fine.

  • Something similair happened to me. I used to play battlefield 5 all the time and then took a break, and for the past maybe 2 years i’ve been trying to fix this issue of launching it. I’ve redownloaded it multiple times, but everytime I launch it, nothing happens, and it goes back to the launch button. Sometimes i get this error code EC:10608 Your latest sync was interrupted, there is a “Launch game” anyway button and i click it and nothing happens. Eventually I just gave up, and so I tried again today because why not, and still it does not work, I open it through EA or just click the app, and it pops up, loads, and then closes, telling me nothing, not even an error anymore. I’ve hired 2 guys to try to help fix the issue and they couldn’t, can anyone help?

  • Normalmente amigo puede ser por los servidores, intenta hablarlo con EA si te pasa, hoy en dia ya que a muchos le a pasado lo mismo a los de steam y lamentablemente me tuve que cambiar a consola
