Battlefield 5 not launching

So I got Battlefield 5 gifted by a friend on steam and ever since then I cannot launch the game at all. The maximum I have been is seeing the splash screen of the girl character and Battle Field 5 wr...

    I fixed the issue.

    Steps:

    You got to go to D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Battlefield V

    Scroll down until you see bfv.exe, right click on it and click on properties, click on compatibility, and then click on run this program in compatibility mode for: Windows 8, and then click on Run this Program on Administrator and just apply and press Ok and it launched perfectly.

I can't start my Battlefield V, there's no response every time I open the game. After a while, it shows' start game 'again on Steam, and it never starts successfully
The conventional solutions have already been used and are still ineffective
Why should I spend money to buy a game that doesn't start?
