Battlefield 5 single player and settings will not save

Every time I launch Battlefield 5 it puts me through the opening sequences just like the first time I launched the game. I have completed the "My Country Calling" single player introduction about 10 ...

Honestly, this is the first response I've gotten. I just kindof stopped playing it on campaign, which sucks. It was too frustrating. But I see now, you got a response. So I'll try what they suggested and cross my fingers. Thanks!
