Battlefield 5 total ban
Hi all, today I was banned totally from the Battlefield 5 game. I never used any cheats or codes or vulnerabilitites of this game and any other. I prefer to play fair.
I don't know the reason of the ban. I don't understand why i didn't receive any precautions. Just a sudden total ban. I wrote a letter to support. But I'm afraid it won't help.
The only thing that was different: when I played yesterday I was distracted several times due to family reasons. So I was kicked from the game like 3 or 4 times.
Can that be a problem? What can be done more (besides letter to support)? As the situation looks really like a mistake.

You definitely can appeal your ban and being distracted should not have done anything negative to your account. An EA agent should be able to review your report and get back to you.
