Hi folks,
Our next update to Battlefield V delivers even more fixes, changes and improvements as our War in the Pacific continues - arriving on Wake Island later this month. We’re also pleased ...
@Orbinu The update is actually 6.7GB - 12GB depending on the plattform you are playing on. The size shown when the update starts is not what you have to download.
We had this discussion before, but with this update it just gets even more confusing. If I got it right, the idea with this update was to make weapon classes more distinct and for the SMGs for example give them different engagement distances, so you have to choose the right one for the right situation.
This just doesn´t make any sence to me. Why do you want us to play a weapon at least 10 meters beyond their effective engagement distance? These are conflicting statements from your side. On the one hand we are supposed to use weapons within a specific range and adapt our playstyle to that, so that they are effective. On the other hand we have to use them on a distance where you specifically designed them to not work properly. Is this some sort of miscommunication bertween different teams working on the assignments and the weapons mechanics? It is hard to count the hits needed to kill someone at 30+ meters with the Type 100, but I think it isat least 9 or 10 body shots or 5 headshots. And don´t tell me to use the bipod. Doing that with the Type 100 at this range is like putting a big flashing light on my head so enemies can shoot me in the face easier. Can we please get a statement concidering these assignments, that don´t make any sence?
