Battlefield V Constant Crashing

Hello ladies and gents,

I'm writing this mostly to know if anyone has found a fix and a bit of complaining about the support I got, if you can call it support. I contacted EA a few days ago about this, had to actually contact them 5 times before they got me someone that would move past the usual troubleshooting steps that never work. I'll attach my MSInfo file and I'll paste the error codes I've found.

My game seems to crash only when I try to play multiplayer and when I'm loading into a server or right as it finishes loading. Besides the usual troubleshooting steps, such as uninstalling, running in admin mode, adding origin and BFV to Windows exclusion order, the EA specialist had me try these things out:

- I was asked to run Windows troubleshooter because they thought I had a Windows error.

- Reinstalling Origin

- Running as Admin

Then they recommended resetting my PC, and they were adamant on this fixing my issue. Kept on recommending it as "the final step that will fix the problem". Guess what I did. I reset my PC, over 2TB of stuff, completely gone (backed up the important stuff on an external HDD). Lo and behold, it didn't work.

On to the next excuse. They said it could be my CPU or GPU being overclocked, which they are not, they just boost performance when gaming. I was also told to add my game and origin to the exclusion list AGAIN.

So by this point I was pretty annoyed as this was over a few days, and my game still was not working. I contacted them again and told them nothing worked. My EA "Expert" or "Specialist, whatever you want to call him, chose to pass my case to someone else.

I was asked by this new specialist to upload an MSInfo file, which I did. He later came back with an answer to my solution, he solved it! He said our systems are actually very similar and that he came across the same issue with his PC! I was excited that finally I can fix things, but in true EA fashion, he basically goes on to blame Windows, says it's a memory leak and closes my case. He had the same exact issue but didn't even bother telling me how to fix it, just closed my case and went about his day.

At this point I contact Windows and we went over a bunch of stuff, we narrowed down the problem to just being a multiplayer issue, but there wasn't much they could do. So now I ask EA/Dice. For the love of everything, PLEASE fix the game or help us get our game fixed! None of your steps work, find a new solution and stop copying the same stuff you throw at every case.

Thank you.
