Battlefield V crashing after 7-15 minutes of playing.

This is a rather frustrating issue that's been ongoing since last summer. I've tried countless fixes, yet they haven't worked, tried sending the crash dumps but I don't know where to send them and now I'm out of options so I turn to you guys for help. Does anyone know what would possibly fix my problem so I could play and enjoy the game?
