@Pulsartron the same thing is still happening to me after 2 years of trying I have still had no luck. EA keeps closing my cases, a lot of people told me to go to open my game, go into options and then go into gameplay and look for "Share Usage Data" and then turn it off and play a match and all the stuff that I earned but didn't get should appear on my account. This didn't work for me but maybe it will for you.
