Battlefield V fix anti air gadget for assault to op

Hi the new gadget for assault is a little to op It needs a little bit of balance because each game I see about the whole server being all most assault shooting down planes and its not fair to the planes to get two shoted down and if you have a well coordinated team no planes would get out of spawn before getting shot by this gadget and Im talking about the anti air rocket launcher it need less damage because one whole clip can damage the plane to where its one shot and if theres 32 players and most of them have this gadget dead line its just not fun flying around in a plane any more

  • Here is how I see it now: if enemy infantry has the slightest clue / intention to shut down aircrafts they CAN.

    If BFV was a competitive game this would cause serious imbalance.

    But since bombs were buffed and players are "bad" in general I kill more infantry than before (except for Fjell)

    So now the Fliegerfaust functions as a tool for the raging kid who was bombed and actually want to take revenge. He can with ease.

  • The Fliegerfaust is WAY OP.   I am being one shot killed out of the air, and from ridiculous ranges.   This makes a mockery of fixed AA emplacements which should be by far and away more powerful than a man portable device.

    This item is killing BF balance.     With tonnes of random players running around, all able to one shot aircraft, it is beyond ridiculous. 

    NERF Fliegerfaust, make fixed emplacements more power.  This then provides a CHANCE for pilots to play tactically.  At present...no tact or approach works.  If the infantry has Fliegerfaust, you are dead no matter what you do...unless they are completely incompetant at aiming.

    NERF PLEASE! 

  • Yep, the new maps were not designed with this weapon in mind, total disaster for the attacking team. For defenders it's a bit easier but still getting 1 shot shouldn't be in the game.

    You say one shots shouldn't be in the game, and yet the planes can 1 shot infantry with their cannons and one shot tanks with a single pass with bombs. Why are those okay but the chance for an infantryman to fight back isn't? Its still just one aircraft, one pilot being effected vs 4 infantryman on the flag or a whole tank crew.

    When this post was first made the Flieger was a little over the top and many people both Infantry and Pilots said it should be dialed back.

    A way to understand how this gadget was over the top as imagine being in a tank on Rotterdam, Devastation, Aerodrome (maps without planes), how how would you feel if a gadget was brought into the game that enabled any assault to spawn in with and have the ability to 1 shot your tank (sometimes from across map) without warning.

    For many players this was the reality and for new players to the game, their 1st time in the air a lot of the time was their last, as in some smaller maps (Looking at you Arras) anywhere up to 8 people would camp just outside the enemy spawn point and with an ammo box between them, they would spam the spawn and stop planes before they had a chance to move 5ft.

    Since then, the Flieger has been adjusted in a way that still can take down planes in 1 or 2 but now require skill to use rather than a massive sized cone that was near impossible for planes to avoid.

    I agree the pacific planes need a serious nerf and this is coming from a dedicated pilot to this franchise coming in 2nd worldwide on Xbox. I feel for the infantry players that get slaughtered by players who wish to treat the Pacific maps as their personal Battlefarm Simulator 2020 and so I've taken to searching people on the leaderboards that exclusively spam Pacific Maps as Pilots and specifically entering their games to shoot them down, as enough is enough.
