Battlefield V Platoon Issues

Question

Good evening,Platoons on BF5 does not work.When I load up the “platoons” page it merely states “failed to load platoons, please try again”But it is always in this state.I AM in a platoon and my platoon tag shows clearly in BF4 (and in the companion app)I can also search for platoons using the “find platoon” tab in the platoon page menu on my Xbox. This both finds and sees that I am in this platoon.So what is the synchronisation issue and when is it going to be resolved? It has been like this for some time and is annoying for me and friends.Also don’t assume my game settings are wrong.. THEY ARE FINE.Player-created content is ON.An acknowledgement of the fault and estimated time for repair is all I ask. It puts a lot of my friends off playing because they cannot show that they represent the same platoon.Thanks.

So other players have no problem in BFV with the same platoon / picture?

Player-created content is ON. > Have you tried too:

-Disable Player-created content and set to = OFF. and then switch back on

-Remove yourself from the platoon and try another (fresh) platoon as test?

-via the companion app try to change the platoon picture and platoon name etc (picture or language symbol problem)

I still believe it to be a synchronisation error between the platoons page and BF5.As when I access the platoons page it still states “Failed to load Platoons. Please try again.

At the moment we are not tracking any issues with accessing the platoon systems.&nbsp;@DazKez&nbsp;

Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps.&nbsp;

How to power cycle:

Turn off your console by pressing the&nbsp;Xbox&nbsp;button&nbsp;&nbsp;on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important&nbsp;Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

Plug the console power cable back in.
Press the&nbsp;Xbox&nbsp;button&nbsp;&nbsp;on your console to turn it on.

Had the same problem did everything from power off content off then on finally I got fed up made my own platoon and then when I was finished it loaded all my joined platoons hope it helps&nbsp;
