Battlefield V problem

I bought the Battlefield V Definitive Edition game for the PS4. However, I can only select the PLAY option in the main menu. then I can only choose WAR STORIES and not PRACTICE RANGE, for example. Am I doing something wrong or do I need a Psplus subscription?

    Even for the PRACTICE RANGE ?

    Another question  : where can I learn the game. Is there a written manual ?
