Regarding your question about the cosmetic sets, Gravedigger, Paladin, Wolf & Illusionist they are all locked behind class based assignments all of which can be found via the assignments tab on the game's hub, I shall post the assignment names and what piece of the clothing is rewarded by completing it below-

Gravedigger set:

Assignment - Support proficiency I 
Reward piece - Gravedigger Legs

Assignment - Support proficiency II 
Reward piece - Gravedigger Torso

Assignment - Support proficiency III 
Reward piece - All camo variant's for the Gravedigger Legs and Torso

Paladin set:

Assignment - Assault proficiency I 
Reward piece - Paladin Legs

Assignment - Assault proficiency II 
Reward piece - Paladin Torso

Assignment - Assault proficiency III 
Reward piece - All camo variant's for the Paladin Legs and Torso

Wolf set:

Assignment - Recon proficiency I
