Help

Hello. I need help saving my progress in BFV, which I had been playing previously and had made some progress in. I have now subscribed to EA Pro, installed the game, completed the prologue, and then re-entered the game, but all the settings (graphics, sound, controls) have been lost, as has my progress in the prologue. I've tried everything, but nothing helps. I think the files in the cloud storage interact with the local files, and they get along with the files from the block, but I need the local files. I would be grateful if anyone could help me.
