    @Index69,

    Start off by reinstalling your game in the EA app, check if you're logged into your account where you bought the game.

      the game is only installed on steam in the EA app it shows me ‘access to definitive edition via steam’ i can't uninstall or start it there.

        @Index69,

        Try doing the mentioned steps inside of Steam. If you are still receiving the message that you do now own the purchased game, you should contact EA support for further assistance.
