@TidyTib this is still happening after pacific update (dead, no spawnscreen, no respawn-option => only solution: quit game).Try switching squads when this happens. This worked for me 2day.@EA: so maybe this is squad (view/respawn-pos .. or whatsoever) related!Edit: I cannot confirm what i posted above. this happened only once (maybe coincidence). On other occasions this didnt work for me ☹️

Summarize your bug https://xboxdvr.com/gamer/dvda/video/70052166 After dying, if I select a vehicle from the respawn screen my camera returns to the view I had when I died, and I cannot use the redeploy button (you can see it is missing when I hit start at the end of the clip). No amount of time waiting fixes this issue and I have to quit the game. Some people in charge have told me that they see my vehicle spawned with me in it, not moving (even if I try to move) but I don't have this in a video.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Die and try to spawn in a tank or aircraft. Not sure what conditions cause it but it happens on any mode with vehicles.
What happens when the bug occurs? Stuck in death screen and unable to redeploy or do anything else. Redeploy button is visibly missing (maybe it doesn't think I'm alive in game yet?)
What should be happening instead? spawn in the vehicle

After today's patch on BFV 04/30/2019, I started to notice myself and other players not able to bleed out of revive. Even after reviving the player once they were critically wounded again they were again stuck in the screen of bleeding out and not able to do so. You can hold the bleed out button and it will simulate doing so, but will then reset back to full bleed out timeout once released again. Please patch immediately because this makes the game unplayable.

Ok I thought my eyes or the UI was playing tricks at first but seeing this post confirms players can extend their bleedout (not sure if you can actively control it or it's random but I've seen people still die in this state).
This happened in Breakthrough matches on Hamada and Devestation PS4 for me.

Summarize your bug While playing on Hamada I died, and couldn't spawn back in. I had a 7 second count down timer that wouldnt change. My squad mates where able to find my body, and it stay in its spot until the end of the round it was atleast 7 mins. I wasnt rez able by squad rez or medic rez.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure as it only happened the one time, but locked me dead the rest of the round
What happens when the bug occurs? Stuck dead at the overview screen without a count down
What should be happening instead? The count down timer should reduce and let the player spawn in

Happened to me too on Breakthrough i Panzetstorm while I was on a tank and got destroyed. Devs are aware of it tho.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’m guessing that the “downed state” from FireStorm managed to get into some other files, or it happens when you get killed. I don't exactly know how to find it.
What happens when the bug occurs? I never had it happen to me but I have seen it. It makes your character model dead but you can’t move, the things you can do is shoot look around and I’m pretty sure throw grenades.
What should be happening instead? Have you die and get taken to the redeploy screen
