Summarize your bug I was the driver of a tank on the map panzerstorm and i was shot from what i recall as a Tigertank and blew up after 3 shots and i went into the down but not dead state, however i could still use all my equipment as iff i was still alive, i tried to redeploy but it wouldn't allow me to. I even tried shooting an enemy troops to see iff they could take me out but i think whats happend is, because im in the down but not dead state im not an entity that can be hit/hurt and therefore i was stuck for the rest of the game in an unmovable down state on the ground and had to wait until lthe rest of the game played out for it to stop.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Honestly im not even sure what triggered the bug i was trying to repair to fix the tank but blew up before i could and thats how i ended up in the bugged out dead state.
What happens when the bug occurs? Its like im dead but able to still use everything but unable to move, redeploy or be killed by enemy players.
What should be happening instead? i should bleed out so i can redeploy somewhere else.

my squad team members were saying i was in a dead state however i could still use equipment and guns

Summarize your bug Got stuck on the bleedout screen, explosives could still kill. I had to choose a gamemode for it, but it happened on other gamemodes too. I have choosen Frontlines because it happened on this mode today.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just die while playing. This happens, but rarely. I got it like 3 times yet, and now I am level 45. Didn't realised that I can kill with explosives yet, but this was the first time when it happened with the assault class for me. It might be related to that I was very close to an object, and there wasn't enough space to get down where I was standing. But this is just speculation.
What happens when the bug occurs? I got stuck on the bleedout screen. I died, and got stuck on the bleedout screen. Was still able to shoot, but with the M1907 SF and with the Mark VI revolver I couldn't damage anybody. I think no gun can damage anybody, but I didn't tested this with more guns. I tried shooting for about 2 minutes. Redeploying didn't work. I also tried a grenade, the Panzerfraust and the Sticky Dinamite. The grenade didn't damage anybody (maybe it was too far from the enemies, but not sure), but I could kill with Dinamite and the Panzerfraust (not sure if I spelled this one correctly). At the end I was revived, and got back into action. After a few minutes in the bleedout screen.
What should be happening instead? Getting the timer while the teammates can revive, and dieing after the timer disappears.

Here's what it looks like when it happens. When you are down and not dead, you can roll around and shoot your weapon, but it does no damage. Her's a clip of what happened my last experience with this.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Simply get killed hope you win the BF:V lottery that you can be revived or can skip revive.
What happens when the bug occurs? Half dead unable to skip revive, become immune to enemy players. You are also unable to force respawn from the menu as in this state you can't even access the menu.
There is no packetloss being shown in the network diag area and server is still reporting 60hz.
