Battlefield V technical issue : frequent crashes.

Question

Hello,First : i dont need if i'm in the right place to seek support for a technical issue, i couldn't find any official technical support. Please redirect me if i'm in the wrong place.I'm making this post for a friend.My friend has played a lot of battlefield (4, 1, 5 and 2042) and never had issues (he plays on PC). A few months ago, his BF5 started crashing frequently while in-game. The crashes are not immediate and seem to be unpredictable. These crashes do not happen on any other battlefield (or game in general).I send in the attachments the dxdiag, the crash dumps are not authorized extension to upload (.mdmp) so i uploaded them here : https://easyupload.io/m/710b2bTell me if you need any further information.Thanks in advance !

Having the same issues for a second evening now.. not working at all. nvidia is bugging me with dynamic hdr i think, but tried all the settings. I just updated my GPU, and started after that..

When i first looked into the issue i did also try to change the ingame setting of the game, saw somewhere that it worked for someone. No sucess at all.
