Battlefield V won't launch - Steam / EA - Windows 11

Hello

I am unable to launch BFV. Hoping someone can assist.

Software info:

Windows 11 - Version 10.0.22621.1992 - all updates available installed.

Steam - latest version as of today.

EA app - latest version as of today.

What goes wrong:

1. Open steam app.

2. Click to run BFV.

3. EA app opens and asks for admin permission - click yes.

4. EA app goes grey, then refreshes to my EA games library. 

5. BFV doesn't launch.

What i've tried:

1. Windows 11 repair via command prompt.

2. Uninstall reinstall EA app & steam.

3. Uninstall reinstall BFV.

4. dx diag ran, no issues.

5. Followed the million ideas online about this...

Every other game runs fine. eg. RD2, Q2 RTX, Cyberpunk, etc

System:

i7-12000KF

RTX 4070Ti

SSDs only

16gb DDR4 RAM
