Battlefield 5 wont load on my sons xbox one we have a shared live account?

My lad is 6 wants to play firestorm not the main game,far to much adult language in that!! I tried playing on my account and his xbox womt let me play ,my xbox works fine!.its say contact support when you try play online

It's strange because my profile womt play on his xbox and I'm 46?
I've spoke to them and it's because hes under age ,apparently ea games have parental locks installed on them
