i already lv16 but i cant use stg443 and other weapons

I think I remember a few older posts saying you can sometimes unlock weapons by advancing one more level in Combined Arms.
Of course it could be the fetch report issues that are blocking you from your hard earned weapons - the team is aware of this problem and is working to roll out a fix soon.

EA actually works on unlock problem (as last tiger skin) since the last update. Waiting next news up if problem are fixed or not. If not as @TTZ_Dipsy say you do will contact EA assistance for unlock them manually.

yes, now i m 16lv and my stg44 is locked.....

But I read messages this is not working anymore in patch 6.2

So lots of things broken. Today new patch. Let's see what pops up I get an error when selecting these links, I am having issues with my items not unlocking properly..it is getting very frustrating. How do I get to the live chat to see if they can help me? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
There will be a back-end patch (you don't need to download anything) in I'm assuming 12ish hours that should help you with your unlocks.

Same issue here.
LvL 5 medic and Smoke Grenades, Suomi KP-31 and Medical crate are still locked.
LvL 5 support and MG-34, 12g auto, Impact Grenade are still locked.
LvL 5 recon and Flare Gun is still locked.
LvL 7 assault and AT Mine, Frag Grenade Rifle, P08 Pistol and M1A1 Carbine are still locked.
Please fix.

No choice to email. Will try again today. Hopefully you are right on the patch! Strange, because I just contacted customer support about this exact issue and they said they have NO KNOWLEDGE OF THIS ISSUE, AS NOBODY ELSE HAS REPORTED IT!!!!
I told her thanks for her efforts but I'm done with this game. I expect a full refund for being sold a broken game that does not work as intended. ESPECIALLY when the support team has no idea what bugs are actually in the game! LOL!!!!
