Battlefields story

Today, AI tells me a lot of things (I know it's not perfect) and admins on servers can't be still online. Why isn't AI deployed on these players too? Is it unrealistic? As a fellow player, I can tell you that reporting suspected hackers is really the only course of action available to us. As for the other issues you've mentioned, neither I nor anyone from the EA community can really comment on them.
