Hi there,
If BF V isn’t launching and you’re stuck on a white screen, you can try to go to your Documents folder, open the Battlefield V folder, and delete or rename it. This resets your in-game settings, which might be causing the crash.
If the problem persists, open the settings folder inside that Battlefield V folder, find the file called PROFSAVE_profile, and open it with Notepad. Look for the line that says GstRender.Dx12Enabled 1 and change the 1 to a 0. Save the file and close it.
