BF V running terrible on my pc for no apparent reason.

What is with this game?   BF V running terrible on my PC.  It should be running with NO problems.  Is there something special about the game that you need to click a certain option to get it to run properly?  It plays as if I am getting lag, even in the menu screens.  Anyone else having this problem? The in game Latency counter says I am NOT lagging.  However, the packet loss symbols are always displayed in game, even though the in game counter says NO packet loss is happening.  Any thoughts?   Just to answer the first few questions, YES I have the latest drivers, YES my internet is fast, YES my computer and GPU are fast.  YES the Orgin in-game overlay is turned off.
