i preordered the xbox one x gold rush edition battlefield v deluxe edition bundle and the description said i should get 5 battlefield 1 weapons. i know the free weapons are under the battlefield 5 enloster offer. but when i visit the microsoft store on the xbox it just says that the product is currently unavailable. how do i get the free weapons and the other items included in it?
You are not the only person I've seen complain about this and from what I have seen there is no indication that the Enlister Offer is included with the console bundle based on what I have seen on the Microsoftstore and BestBuy web site for the console bundle.
If it says so on the box and or included pamphlets then I would suggest going back to the store and asking for a code and bringing a copy of that information with you. If they do so they may have to just give you a code that would otherwise be included with the physical or digital release of the standalone game, assuming they would even do so. You'll want to have your receipt with you if you go in person, call or use online support. I also watched an unboxing video of the bundle and there was no code for the Enlister Offer shown.
It might be easier to pre-order the stand alone version of the game from an online retailer, get the code emailed to you and then cancel the pre-order before it ships. An online retailer isn't going to care that you cancelled a single pre-order.

When you Highlight Battlefield 1 on the Home Screen and go to Manage Game, check under Add-Ons, and see if the Enlister Offer is there.
Make sure it's installed, then check in "Customize Soldier" and see if the weapons are available.

@onlinebeard hmm what im currently worried about is if preordering the xbox bundle does NOT mean that i preordered the game so that means i cant get any of the special features other than those included in the bundle
@iluminatethesky i dont see anything about the enlister offer under "Add-ons' for both bfv and bf1
