BF5 Friend list not showing up

Recently I am encountering an issue again and again. EA app shows my online friends in bf5  and they can see me online in ea app as well. When the game is launched, I cant see any of them online. Sometimes my friends can see me online in game and mostly they cant. This is pretty annoying knowing you spent money to paly with friends but cant due to a bug.
