BF5 stuck on loading screen, Never even got a chance to play

I just bought BF5 and each time i try to start the game I've been seeing the same black loading screen for over 10 minutes. I closed and started the app back up twice, ran the trouble shooter, ran Touchup.exe and still haven't fixed the issue. I just wanna be able to play the game.

    Hey, @Rezurk can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with Battlefield V and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.

     

    Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?
