Bf5 won’t load upgraded deluxe on Xbox

Question

Hey guys n gals, got a problem, I’ve purchased bf5 deluxe and it has downloaded and plays fine but i can’t access the deluxe stuff in game and if I go to it In in game menu it automatically cancels checkout, but it does say to buy it but as you can see I’ve already got it on my Xbox? I’ve done the basics like uninstalled and reinstalled it Ect so I’m outta ideas here???

Why is it not coming up!!! I can’t even buy it again.. not that I want too but it won’t let me.

Have you tried not only uninstalling/reinstalling Battlefield V, but the Deluxe Edition Upgrade as well?

Another option you can try is going to your Network Settings, Advanced Settings, and Clearing your MAC Address and doing a hard reset on your Console.

Hey buddi thanks for the adivce, sorry for the lateness of reply just got home to see If clearing the data on Mac add and reset the Xbox and un/reinstalled but still comes up as installed but I still have to purchase it :S mega confused about that, would I need to contact ea or dice for this?
