BFV cannot connect

Sorry to hear about your problem! Do you use any specific settings in your router / network disable them (restore factory defaults). If you have a Firewall or Virusscanner disable them. If you use a wireless connection use a cable as test. If you have not updated your Network Interface for a while update your driver. Try enabling PnP in your router. If you use a separate router remove and test directly on the modem?

i already disabled firewall and i dont have any antivirus installed.i did nothing with my router and i use cable, not wireless. i didnt have a specific settings for the router.

i really don't know what to do ☹️

Just checked and i could connect just fine here in West Europe. Maybe it has something to do with your regional connection to EA\BFV servers that will be solved remotely in a short time. I have heard that DX12 could also influence this so try reverting to DX11 as test.

If  not i would like to suggest you to double check if your not using any routers/extenders/powerplugs that could mess things up. Otherwise i would try to clean the system and registry using a cleaner like CCleaner or try a Clean Boot to see if that helps in any way. If all else fails please add a MSinfo and your location?

i already tried switching between DX11 and 12 and still cannot connect.

no i am not using something that interrupt my connection (hardware/software), my cable from PC goes directly to router (or should i say modem? because that thing directly connect to internet cable from outside my house) and everyday until last night i can still play BFV also no problem at all.

Even now i can play BF1 multiplayer but not BFV.

i havent tried CCleaner and Clean Boot.

OK i attached my msinfo and my location is in Indonesia
