BFV Enlister Offer - transfer possible?

I got the BFV Enlister Offer back in the day. At that point I was a PC player but since then I have switched to XBOX. Is it possible to have the Enlister Offer transferred to XBOX?

    I'm really sorry, but this isn't possible as game data and DLC isn't transferable between platforms for BF1 or BFV.
