BFV gets stuck in title screen background

BFV gets stuck in title screen background

Searched support with no luck

So I launch the game successfully, it goes through the beginning loading screens but when it gets to the title screen, theres no menu or anything.  Just the back ground that cycles through different scenes.  What is wrong?  Ive tried installing new drivers and reinstalling BFV

If I launch it enough times, eventually the main screen will load, ive played a few times, just really tired of having to open it 5 to 20 times to get it to work.

    Uninstalled OneDrive, fixed the ping issue.  Its booted on first try last two times.  Still having frame rate and refresh rate problems.  changed settings to DX12 no change.

    Im sorry for the late reply.  It kept booting to that dead menu again and again.  I just kept loading until it worked out of frustration.  I thought id give up by the time my subscription ran out.  I thought i might get into Hell Let Loose or Post Scriptum but I havent made the commitment yet.  But here I am, subscribed for another month, so lets continue working out the solution.
