I am in Russia and the last few days also ping about 200 in BFV Xbox. I am looking for a way to check the ping and see the servers. Found a site that has a list of servers, but none in the Europe region. Is this true? How can I check?

Maybe you can take a look at this thread to see if it's also helpful in your situation.
We need a region lock on servers. Too many people are joining American servers and lagging it up. Most of them are hacking and using mods as well.

If you're seeing any suspicious player behaviour in one of our games, I recommend reporting this to the relevant teams so it can be investigated.
