BFV High Ping

Hi I'm playing bfv on ps4. I'm in the middle east and playing with EU servers.I used to get 90ms latency in 2019 And in 2021 I had 120ms latency and it was playable . But now since the beginning ...

I am in Russia and the last few days also ping about 200 in BFV Xbox. I am looking for a way to check the ping and see the servers. Found a site that has a list of servers, but none in the Europe region. Is this true? How can I check?
