can u make a hotspot with your mobile phone? Connect the PC over the Hotspot and try again?
I dont use any 3rd party antivirus programs.. Windows Defender is off and firewall has BFV and Origin exceptions.
AWS Endpoint ping test is ok? I think
Hotspot is not possible.. My PC doesnt have wifi adapter
