BFV Veteran & Open Beta assignement dog tags

Hello.

I play Battlefield V since day one of the official release (no origin access). I played Battlefield 1942, Bad Company 2 and Battlefield 3 prior to this game (and Bad Company on console), which I own on my origin account. I also played through BFV open beta and completed the assignement. However, I did not receive the Veteran dog tag featured in Battlefield V, nor the Open Beta assignement dog tag (although I did receive the Beta dog tag). I cannot prove that I completed the special assignement, but I'm 100% sure I did. Perhaps there's a way to be sure, looking at previous stats ?

How can I obtain these dog tags, as I'm logically eligible for them ?
