-Make sure the CPU is not hot
-Make sure no other background apps running.
- Preform a virus scan on your computer.
- Add Battlefield and Origin to exclusions in your antivirus / firewall.
- Run CCleaner and run a repair.
- Check that all Windows updates are done.
- Preform a Clean Boot
Can you put your DxDiag in an attached file?
- Press the Windows and R keys at the same time
- Tape DxDiag in the window that appears, then you click on Save all the information and you save the file where you want.
- Then to attach the .txt file to your message, just click on Choose file .

@CapitanRoyon DxDiag is already attached in the first post. My Windows is up-to-date. I have no viruses. I don't want to heavily intervene into my system just to make this game work.
Please just submit a bug report so that QA guys can recreate this.
