This isn't really something we can help with here I'm afraid, but I would recommend reporting this to the EA ToS team. They'd be best placed to decide if any action should be taken.
If you wanted to issue a report, the EA Help option towards the end of the guide below is probably the simplest option:

As I mentioned, the forums are not the appropriate place for reports such as this. There's just nobody here who can handle them, unfortunately. You'll need to make a report to EA Help so they can pass the details to the ToS team.
There is no place to report it and you can't even report the server because they made it look like it was a DICE server so that it couldn't be reported.
Yes you can. You would use the EA Help option I've mentioned previously. That will allow you to send all of the information to an agent (server number, name of hoster etc), who can then pass the details to the ToS team.
Reporting the servers is good, but you need to do so in the appropriate place. There is simply nobody here who can action player reports like these.
