@EA_Unity After playing a few rounds today, and unlocking equipment in some of the other classes, my medic lvl 20 rewards appear to still be locked. Its good to hear that its being worked on though. đ

- The level 20 assignment and gun are still locked for me as well.
Rank 20 medic, gun and assignment locked. Support told me it's a known issue and they are looking into it.
Clearing Origin cache will not work btw.
- Ya, he had me clear cache, still didn't work. So he manually went in on EA/Dices side and gave my account the unlock after looking at my account.
Please help me, my assualt level 20 gun and mission are locked, but i am level 20 on assualt âšī¸
I've got my lvl 20 medic weapon unlocked via EA chat but I can't get anny assignments from the new weapon, so no new skins, also I did not get the medic lvl 20 assignment.
I got level 20 support on Saturday and still don't have the MG42 or the assignment. Can you please do something about this because I can't even be bothered playing anymore.
I have restarted the game about 30 times, uninstalled and reinstalled it and also restarted my Xbox and nothing happened.
Can someone with authority or connection to EA/DICE at least give us some kind of update or an acknowledgement of this bug?
I spoke to 3 and nobody helped.. all said.. everything will be fixed in 24hrs..
