Update on the issue:
EA support can no longer help you with the missing items, for to why ( we are working on a fix) please read below update about the issue:
- Rank 1-19 Unlocks - No access to unlocked weapon after ranking up and leaving mid-game
- Players leave mid round after getting notification of their rank-up. In doing so, they don’t see their rewards in the UI, as it appears they’re still locked
- If you are ranking up between ranks 1-19, items are unlocked upon your next rank up.
- Status: Fix verified and coming in an upcoming server update (no need for client download).
- Workaround: Once the server you were playing on finishes and heads to EoR, the weapon should unlock. If you join another map before EoR on another server, you may have to play until the NEXT rank to unlock the item. So for example, if you unlock the MP40 at rank 4, you would have to play to rank 5, then the backend system updates you unlock.
- Rank 20 Unlocks - No access to unlocked weapon after ranking up and leaving mid-game
- Players leave round mid-game to use their new shiny awesome rank 20 weapon. However, because they left mid round, it’s locked. Because there’s no rank 21, the backend can’t check on the next rank.
- Status: Fix verified and coming in an upcoming server update (no need for client download).
Update regarding the tank 20 issue:
We have pushed a fix to address the issue with Rank 20 rewards. If you are missing your rewards for Class Rank 20, please play a match to completion and the Rewards should drop into your Armory

Does this include the assignment and cosmetic items now? Support was able to get my weapon yesterday but Im now well passed 24H without having access to the medic assignments.
I cant get the rank 20 medic gun. How do I fix this?
Same thing happened with me; I got disconnected from a grand operations game while I unlocked recon 20. No sign of the unlocks.
i reached lvl 20 with support but no MG42... and that was yesterday, i played some games, operasion conquest, but it didnt appear... if u could fix it! thanks in advance!
I've still not been able to get my support mastery assignments.
I told a friend about the bug and he went through without being disconnected or quite a match and has now unlocked the support mastery outfits.. any news for those who are bugged on how we can fix this?

Edit: Clarification if you are missing items before max rank you should get the item after playing around.

I'm losing patience with support. I've gone through several chats now, with varying degrees of success. One of them managed to add the wrong assignment, but none of them have managed to actually add the content that I'm missing. They did manage to reset my weapon specs on the gun in question and make me waste a good 2000 company credits. So now my game is just as broken, but I've wasted time and ingame resources.
The last rep disconnected my chat when I told them that they were unsuccessful, and told me that I was continually requesting something that they had already informed me was impossible, which is certainly not what happened. They told me that the content was delivered to my account, and disconnected my chat immediately when I told them that it was not. All they did was manage to deliver the M1907 to my account for a third time, resetting the specializations AGAIN.
COME ON GUYS... what is going on? And why does this say SOLVED at the top of the page?
I contacted support one more time yesturday. He unlocked it and fixed it for me 🙂

I don't get it. I just got off of my fifth support chat, elevated to a supervisor, and he told me that it's IMPOSSIBLE for them to add content. This is after one of the other reps already added the WRONG ASSIGNMENT. So, they clearly can, and he gives me this:
"Since you are requesting for something that I have already informed you is not possible from our end, I am forced to close this chat session. Please feel free to contact us again should you require any assistance. Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts support. Have a nice day."
And abruptly ends the chat. Can you guys establish better communication with different support teams? Because it sucks.
I already spent too much time on this. I feel like this should be documented in the progression tree.
Please help me, my level 20 gun MG42 are locked, but i am level 20 NOW
Atic, I don't know if this is the best way to reach out to you, but I would really appreciate it if you could help me outI've had this same problem of not being able to equip my unlocked level 20 weapon, since it's bugged, EA Help manually gave me the Level 20 weapon in Armoury through Shipments but they were unable to help me unbug my Level 20 Support Special assignments, and said it's a desync delay and that I should just wait it out.I'd really love the special assignments I grinded for if you could do anything please add me and I'll provide you with any details you need again would be very thankful~~~~~EDIT:~~~~~
Nevermind, after several tries at EA Help one of their Advisers was kind and helpful enough to grant me my MG42 & Support Mastery Special Assignments manually, it only takes a matter of minutes. Hopefully DICE patch this out for the people who haven't gone to EA Help to fix this yet.
Hope anyone having this issue fixes it through EA Help successfully =)

Is this really a server desync thing? The game thinks I have unlocked the content, after all. No amount of waiting seems to fix anything.
I do not think so, one adviser from EA Help told me that but didn't seem very sincere in helping me out
after contacting them about 4-5 times they gave me my assignments manually, it works, keep trying!

I got lvl 20 assoult class several days ago, and the last gun and assignment remains locked. I also dont get money anymore.. I am lvl 50, but I guess I s hould still get some money now and then, right?
I have lvl 20 on recon and support as well, and there all is unlocked.
Hope you can help, cuss I dont get to send a bug report for some reasonPlaying at least 5 more rounds and Rank 16-17 unlocks are still locked

Message in game says "AVAILABLE NEXT ROUND" so that is probably where the bug is
- All this does is bring me to answers hq how I payer extra for a deluxe edition and the game is bugged and now you want me to deal with getting redirected around your website to report it? Fix the game!
