Guys and gals dont bother reporting the bug, go ot Chat support now, they just verify your account info, name of weapon missing and quest/assingment, and THAT's IT problem solved!, I'll leave the link here

Thanks for sharing the link to everyone @zamuro1919 and glad it got fixed for you. The Battlefield team is looking to address this from their side as soon as possible.
I was able to get EA chat to FINALLY unlock my "Support class mastery" Assignment. It took all of a minute... He just refreshed my account and BAM! EVERY other rep just brushed me off and said 'its impossible' or that I had to wait... Michael, you are the man!
Post patch, still nothing. EA help didn't bother the couple times i chatted with them. Really getting frustrating dealing with bugs like this ☹️
- was chat able to unlock the assignment as well @zamuro1919 ? As they have been of no help unlocking it for me... :\
- dude seriously? yeah the fixed it in like 2 minutes, i only showed them a few photos and the name of the gun missing and the assingment

Wish that worked for me. I talked to four or five different support reps yesterday, and most of them told me that it was impossible for them to add assignments or weapons. One of them actually bothered to try, and all he managed to do was add the wrong assignment. I'm missing the mastery assignment for the M1907, and somehow he managed to add proficiency V (even though I haven't finished IV) instead.
So I'm still sitting here locked out of content but wasted an hour or two trying to figure it out with support.
