For example, at level 8 I can't access the Bren LMG. When I try to select it, it says it will be available during the next game, but it never frees up. This has continued to be a problem with each additional support rank. I currently can only access rank 7 or lower weapons and equipment, even though its telling me its unlocked. Hey everyone, If you are missing rewards for ranking up, please keep playing a match to finish and don't leave early and wait for next round to start. Hello everyone, Update on the issue: The issue with delayed statistics and unlocks have now been resolved. We had an issue this weekend where the match reports were being processed slower than intended which we fixed but it took some time for the systems to catch up on all the past data. Hey everyone, Update on the issue: EA support can no longer help you with the missing items, for to why ( we are working on a fix) please read below update about the issue: Rank 1-19 Unlocks - No access to unlocked weapon after ranking up and leaving mid-game Players leave mid round after getting notification of their rank-up. In doing so, they don’t see their rewards in the UI, as it appears they’re still locked If you are ranking up between ranks 1-19, items are unlocked upon your next rank up. Status: Fix verified and coming in an upcoming server update (no need for client download). Workaround: Once the server you were playing on finishes and heads to EoR, the weapon should unlock. If you join another map before EoR on another server, you may have to play until the NEXT rank to unlock the item. So for example, if you unlock the MP40 at rank 4, you would have to play to rank 5, then the backend system updates you unlock. Rank 20 Unlocks - No access to unlocked weapon after ranking up and leaving mid-game Players leave round mid-game to use their new shiny awesome rank 20 weapon. However, because they left mid round, it’s locked. Because there’s no rank 21, the backend can’t check on the next rank. Same thing happened here. Medic Rank 20. Cannot access the M1928A1. Hoping this gets some viability quickly.

Hopefully. If its not fixed with the first patch, then I don't see the point in playing the game if it wont let us use the guns we want.

The same happened to me with the rank 20 support rewards. I have support rank 20 but do not have the support mastery assignment or the MG 42.

Having the same issue with Assault. Requires rank 11 to unlock the Piat (RPG) - I'm now rank 16 (in assault) (My rank in game overall isn't the issue) and it remains locked. This is a pretty game breaking issue as gadgets and weapons can't be accessed when they've been achieved in the HUD. My progression tree even has it checked. But if i go to the gadget menu, it has a lock and says available next round. Round after round it's said that.

* After about 4 hours it updated. A number of melee weapons did too. Perhaps their stat engine was lagged, or the EOR trigger failed for some reason on the server I was playing on. In any case - my missing stuff showed up now.

Grinded Medic until rank 20 and quit the game to look at the unlock and special assignment. Turns out they’re ticked in the progression screen but still locked and inaccessible to me. What a poor excuse of a game, 10 hours wasted and no unlocks. How do you mess a game up this badly?

Same thing occur to me. I reached lvl 13 assault and the stg44 remain locked. I restarted the game and the origin client to no use.
