CHEATS & AIM BOTS

Why are their so many cheaters & aim bots still in Battlefield v, I came up against a new player rank 6 in a tank latching onto my tank every time first shot. When I checked the leader board he was 56 kills with no deaths, moved onto next map & he was in a plain & did the same again. Now I'm not a sore loser but credit for the players that have spent hours perfecting the skills to reach the levels, so why do these players have to cheat just to be top all the time by cheating must take the fun out of the game. RANT OVER WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT PLAYERS LIKE THIS
