When launching the game, Frostbite appears and the game cannot be opened

I'm getting an error when launching Battlefield 5. The error message reads: "Please launch the game from your distribution platform. If the problem persists, repair your game and try again." The game window says "Frostbite" instead of "Battlefield 5." I've tried launching the game from the EA application and Steam, both with no success. I've also tried repairing the game files on Steam, deleting the Battlefield 5 folder in my Documents folder, and restoring Windows, but none of those steps fixed the issue. I've also tried removing EAAC, but I still get the same error. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the game with no success. Finally I even formatted my computer and it still didn't fix it. How can I fix this?
