BUG: Plane rockets don't deal damage to enemy planes.

Summarize your bug Using rockets from planes won't deal damage to other enemy planes.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get in a plane that has the rockets specialization, in my case it was the 8x spec for the corsair. Find another plane and shoot the rockets at them.
What happens when the bug occurs? The rockets won't deal any damage to the enemy plane.
What should be happening instead? It should deal damage to the other plane.

I've uploaded a video to imgur (tried attaching, but I think it's too big) which showcases the bug. Nearly all but 2 rockets directly hit the plane I was chasing, but none of them gave hits or damage. It just showed black clouds of smoke on the plane itself.
