I purchased the definitive edition upgrade, only to realize that it doesn't add more content to the game, rather it just unlocks everything for you. I don't want to support P2W, so I requested a refund.
Now that the refund has been processed, I don't see definitive edition in my game library anymore. However I still have all the unlocks in-game. I assume this is a bug.
bump, this seems pretty important from a business standpoint.
It definitely is P2W, since you unlock all weapons that would normally take longer to unlock. Some of the later weapons are much better than the starter weapons.
Also, I don't care about undoing this, but my point is that someone can get all the benefits from definitive edition without paying for it due to this issue. If lots of people are doing this, does this not eat into EA's profits? What's the point of having a paid "definitive edition" if you can just request a refund and keep the unlocks?
