Camos being unavailable

Having trouble with using a camo for the “phantom” outfit and other outfits. I have the definitive edition on the Xbox Series X, and I was informed from other users that the challenges are unavailable for users that have the definitive edition. I would love to have these camos as I really want to have a realistic experience whilst playing. 

Attached is the camos being unavailable as well as the proof of purchase from having the definitive edition.
